Do I need to have a CRM?

Your company does not need to have a CRM. We integrate directly to your POS, web and other available sources to collect necessary data.

What happens if I don’t have any data?

We propose data strategies to all our customers. If you don’t have a consolidated database, we have multiple ways of collecting and enriching data. This can be through integrating with systems you already have, installing collectors into your digital channels, and even helping your company coordinate data collection instances offline.

After the onboarding process, he will continually support your team by training them in best practices, supervising performance metrics, and recommending improvements.
