What counts as maximum data in the plans?

The data mole is the number of unique customer IDs from all data sources, whether custom API integration, native to e-commerce, or others.

If the same customer is in multiple data sources, our identity resolution makes the match and counts it as a single customer, thus avoiding duplication.

What happens if I exceed the data limit for my plan?

If you exceed the amount of data available for your plan, you will be notified in advance and charged an additional fee.

This bonus is proportional to the amount of data over your plan (detailed in this CPM table) and is charged every month for as long as the excess exists.

This modality makes it not mandatory to make a plan upgrade unless you decide to do so. Our team will notify you when the planned upgrade becomes the most economical alternative to the additional one.
